Now We're Cooking

Part of our journey toward a healthier lifestyle involves learning what to eat. Although we really enjoy eating out, we decided we should do that less often in order to be able to have better control over the ingredients in our meals. This meant that we had to find new recipes and new ways to cook.

Finding new recipes sometimes seems overwhelming. It's a lot of work! So, our plan is to come up with some "core" recipes, just a few basics that we can repeat over and over again or tweak to make them a bit different. We don't want this to be difficult.
